Want to schedule an install or service of Legend product at our facility?
Legend Suspensions is open to the public year-round for product sales, service, and installations. Our professional staff combines years of experience to ensure your suspension product is installed and set up specific to your riding style and needs.
How does it work?
We do require all payments for suspension installation or service, and associated labor costs to be paid prior to your arrival (If you are scheduling a suspension service and your existing Legend product is covered under warranty, there will be no charge). Once we have received your payment, we will get your date locked into our schedule. If you can't make your appointment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please realize if you have to cancel an appointment scheduled during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. For all other appointments throughout the year, we offer a full refund if you need to cancel.
Simply click the link below to access our online booking form. The online booking form is necessary for us to determine exactly which product(s) you need or service work to be performed. Additionally, it helps us gather specific information about your bike/riding style to ensure we are prepared for you when you arrive for your appointment.
What about my old suspension parts?
If you ride to our facility and don't want to haul your old shocks home with you, we do offer a service to ship your old shocks to your home address. We offer this service for an additional $25.00 for addresses located in the contiguous U.S. For addresses outside of the contiguous U.S., we still offer this service, however, the shipping charge is subject to UPS published rates.
What to expect?
After you submit the form, someone from our customer service staff will contact you with a quote for the install of Legend product or cost to service your existing product (if applicable), along with the next earliest date/time we have an opening if we don't have any available time slots on the date/time you request. If you choose to go through with the install or service appointment, we will email you an invoice that can be paid online. Once your invoice has been paid, we will get your date set on our schedule and be looking forward to your arrival!
