Refunds
Legend Suspensions offers a 30-day return policy on their products from the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund from Legend Suspensions, the merchandise must have been purchased directly from their online store. Refunds will not be issued for items purchased from external dealers or distributors, and shipping costs on returned merchandise will not be refunded. Additionally, returns sent cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted, and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Before returning any merchandise to Legend Suspensions, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This can be done by completing the Online Warranty Claim Form, or by reaching out to service@legendsuspensions.com for assistance.
When returning a product, it must be in the same condition it was received. If the merchandise is found to be in good and unused condition upon inspection, Legend Suspensions will issue a credit or refund for the value of the merchandise, minus the 5% restocking fee and return shipping cost.
