Our REVO ARC Remote Reservoir External Mount Kit is designed specifically for 2009-2023 FL Touring models and will accommodate the OE luggage rack, backrest, and tour pack specifically for the 2014-2023 FL Touring Models. For the 2009-2013 FL Touring Models, it is NOT compatible with Solid Mount Tour Packs or H-D Quick Release Docking Hardware.

The External Mount Kit comes with two different mounting brackets, one tall and one low profile, along with clamps for the remote reservoirs, and all necessary hardware.
