Legend Suspensions offers customers whose shocks are not covered under the Legend Suspensions Limited Lifetime Warranty the option to send your suspension in for rebuild or to convert your suspension to another variation. Please read over the possible options and complete the Rebuild/Conversion Request Form below, once you have submitted the claim a Customer Service Representative will email you with a quote for the repairs and send you a payment invoice via email so that you can pay for the repairs and shipping. Once you have paid for the repairs/shipping, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. All non-warrantable shocks rebuilt at our facility will carry a 90-day warranty after the rebuild or conversion to guarantee our work.

Please follow these instructions to avoid undue processing delays for your repair/conversion item:

• Items received without an RA number may not be processed/repaired and will be returned. 
• Please package your suspension with care before shipping, Legend Suspensions assumes no responsibility if the package is damaged/lost due to improper packaging.
• DO NOT ship complete air ride kits unless specifically requested by Legend Suspensions.
• DO NOT ship only one shock – ship the pair so Legend Suspensions can apply updates to both shocks as necessary.
• If the defective item is an electrical component - replacement components can be purchased from our products page.

Shipping

• All returns are subject to a shipping fee. The shipping fee covers the cost of shipping both ways (shipping the product to Legend and Legend shipping the product back to you inside the continental United States). After your Rebuild/Conversion Form has been submitted, we will email you a quote and invoice for the shipping fee and rebuild/conversion cost which can be paid online. Once the invoice has been paid, we will email you a return shipping label.
• International returns will be subject to the International shipping rate.
• Please provide a physical return address as we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
• All shipments will be sent via UPS ground.
