On all of our REVO and REVO-A shocks for the FXR models, the "Legend110" are the Standard-Duty Spring and "Legend 130" is the Heavy-Duty Spring. 

NOTE: Heavy Duty applications are recommended for 500 LBS. or more of rider and passenger total weight.
