Do you make a front and rear air ride?
We currently do not provide Air Ride products for the front suspension of most Harley models. Instead, we offer our AXEO product line, a drop-in monotube cartridge system engineered to replace the stock fork internals. While the AXEO is nitrogen-charged and preload adjustable, it is not an air ride system. Due to safety considerations, we believe our drop-in cartridge system is a superior alternative to front fork tube air suspension setups.
Our rear air suspension is meticulously designed using the factory extended and compressed lengths to ensure the chassis remains within its normal geometry ranges during suspension movement. This design approach is critical for maintaining belt tension and preventing issues such as the rear tire rubbing against the fender. We engineer our shocks to match OEM lengths when fully deflated and extended, thus avoiding potential hazards such as sudden loss of air pressure at speed, which could lead to accidents.
In situations where riders aim to significantly lower their bikes, some may resort to altering suspension mounting points to achieve a frame lay when the systems are fully compressed. We strongly advise against such modifications with our suspension products, as they could compromise safety and performance.
