Can our air ride suspension products be ridden fully lowered?

We do not recommend any of our air ride products be ridden in the fully lowered position for an extended period of time.

Our air shocks are designed with the added benefit of allowing the customer to lower their seat height drastically lower than stock, for ease of control when parking, pulling up to stop signs, etc. However, the shocks should be inflated back to the stock ride height once on the go, via the handlebar mounted control and compressor assembly.

Failing to air the shocks back up to the design ride height, (or the height the shock is meant to be ridden at after setting the sag), will result in a poor ride. Riding the shocks in the fully lowered position for an extended period of time, is equivalent to riding a shock without a spring, and over time this can cause damage to the internal components within the dampers, as well as damage to the compressor assembly mounted under the bike.
