We don't provide trade-in options, but we do offer the option (for select shock models) to upgrade or update your existing shocks to a new design.

The possibility of upgrading your shocks to a newer or different design depends on your current shock model and the model you want to upgrade to.

Here's product-specific information on upgrades/trade-ins:

REVO/REVO-A/REVO ARC: Due to differences in shock design between REVO models, we can't offer conversion options from REVO to REVO-A or from REVO/REVO-A to REVO-ARC. Each model has specific components not interchangeable with others. We don't offer trade-in options for upgrading to a different product line. If you have REVO shocks and want REVO-A or REVO-ARC, we suggest selling your current set and purchasing the preferred REVO model.

L2/L8/L3/L9/AIR-ST3/AIR-ST9: We have three generations of Softail shocks produced over the past decade. Depending on your shock's generation, we may offer an upgrade to a newer design. This option applies to L3 or L9 shocks with canister designs. However, we can't convert L2/L8 shocks to the new AIR-ST3/9 design due to component differences.
